Day 1 - Sunday Sept 21, 2025

  • 3:00 PM - Check-in  

  • 5:00 PM - Welcome Reception in Lobby 

  • 6:00 PM - Walking Tour of Chania with Yannis (meet at Kriti hotel lobby to join group at 5:50pm or walk on own and meet us at Dinner)  

  • 7:00pm - Group Dinner: Chania Waterfront Amfora

Day 2 - Monday Sept 22, 2025

  • 8:00 AM - Breakfast at Hotel 

  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Workshop - Streamlining Group Clinic Operations: Strategies for Ease and Success | Lisa Catallo, MC, RCC, CCC, Group Practice Owner

  • 12:30 PM - Tavern Lunch in Old Town

  • 1:30 PM - Walking Tour of Chania old town to leather factory

  • 6:00 PM - 2 hour Sunset Boat Cruise (meet in Kriti lobby at 515pm to walk over or meet us on your own at the boat launch, arrive by 545pm time)

  • PM - Dinner on Own

Day 3 - Tuesday Sept 23, 2025

  • 8:00 AM - Breakfast at Hotel 

  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Workshop - Increasing Your Group Practice Income: Multiple Revenue Streams & Niche Creation | Ashlyn Douglass-Barnes, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Group Practice Owner & Entrepreneurial Therapist, Bariatric Specialist

  • 1:00 PM - Lunch on Your Own & Free Afternoon/Evening

  • 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Crete Countryside Tour, Tastings & Dinning Experience (meet in lobby at 12:45pm for shuttle)

Day 5 - Thursday Sept 25, 2025
