This retreat is for Group Practice Owners who are ready to slow down, step back (relax), and get serious about the future of their business. Strategic planning isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s the foundation for sustainable growth, confident decision-making, and a business that actually supports your life (not the other way around).

Too often, practice owners get stuck reacting — putting out fires, juggling team needs, and rushing from one task to the next. This retreat invites you to pause and truly take stock. You'll explore what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go next — with the time, tools, and support to create a clear, thoughtful plan to get there.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Build a practical strategic plan you’ll actually use — not just a vision board or vague goals

  • Prioritize the right things at the right time, based on your business stage

  • Identify what to delegate, what to automate, and where to focus your energy

  • Lead your team with clarity, alignment, and purpose

  • Make decisions from strategy, not urgency

Nicole will share the key planning principles that helped her scale her practice to 9+ locations — including the tough lessons and intentional strategies that made the difference. Lisa, founder of the Group Practice Network, brings an industry-wide perspective and helps GPOs get out of the weeds so they can lead with more ease, structure, and direction.

You’ll leave this retreat with more than inspiration — you’ll walk away with a solid plan and renewed confidence to lead your practice forward.

  • Afternoon free time and enjoy amenities 

  • 5:30 pm – 630pm: Bubbles, Chocolate & Business, in Robes!

  • Dinner on own

  • 10:00am – Coffee & Wrap Up

  • 10:15am – 12:00pm * optional Strategic Planning Review with Nicole & Lisa

Retreat Fee: $1,325 CAD

Bring Someone With You

  • You’re welcome to bring one guest (partner or friend) to stay in your room and enjoy the resort facilities with daily breakfast at no additional cost.

  • If you’d like to bring your Business Buddy (#2, co-founder, or business partner) to participate in all business sessions, group meals, networking and more, the additional fee is $325 CAD.

We love seeing dynamic duos — this is a great opportunity to co-create, vision, and grow together.

To register, you’ll first purchase your retreat spot directly with us. Once confirmed, you can reserve your accommodation.

Hotel Rooms – Booked Separately (not included in retreat fee).

We’ve reserved a block of 14 Mountain View rooms at a special group rate of $375 CAD + tax per night (regular rate is $490).

These rooms are modern, serene, and perfect for relaxing between sessions. You're welcome to upgrade to a lake view, penthouse suite, pet-friendly room, or other available options — just note that our special discounted rate applies only to Mountain View rooms. If you’re bringing a business partner or #2, you’re also welcome to book an additional room for them if you prefer more space or privacy. Please note that Sparkling Hill is an adults-only resort (18+).
