Room 11 shares a separate building to the rear of the house with another similar room. It has a double bed plus additional sleeping for one on a mezzanine floor. The mezzanine floor is open to the room and accessed by a wooden ladder. The en-suite which is divided from the room by a curtain has a shower, WC and basin. A fridge is provided but there is no television. There is a small private patio and garden area which is ideal for returning surfers with boards.

Room Amenities: Wi-fi (subject to availability from provider), heating, fan, hairdryer, small fridge, private entrance, toiletries, extra blankets, patio and small garden space with sun loungers, table and chairs.

PER OCCUPANT: $4,300 CAD per person
